Wake Up to You.

A poem by a friend. What a beautiful world He has made…..

climbingtreesatmidnight:

Everday I wake up to your beauty,

a beautiful world,

And this life you put in me,

takes me for a twirl,

All the things I thought I once was,

well I’m better that that now,

Finally I can breathe easy,

knowing you’re around,

Everyday I wake up to your power,

shinging in the sun,

 Even at the latest hour,

you’re still the one,

Somedays I’m lost in all the darkness,

but you pick me up,

My soul was lost until you found it,

showing me your love,

Everyday I wake up to your glory,

glorifying me,

Everday I wake up to your faith,

helping me live free,

Everday I wake up with hope,

so worries, I have few,

Everyday I wake up,

I wake up to you…

These thousand hills roll ever on, footprints of a mighty God, they bring me to my knees in praise, amazing love, amazing grace……

A poem that I found today….
Trees
I think that I shall never seeA poem lovely as a tree
A tree whose hungry mouth is prestAgainst the sweet earth’s flowing breast.
A tree that looks at God all dayAnd lifts her leafy arms to pray.
A tree that may in summer wearA nest of robins in her hair.
Upon whose bosom snow has lainWho intimately lives with rain.
Poems are made by fools like me,But only God can make a tree.

Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad; let the sea resound, and all that is in it; let the fields be jubilant, and everything in them. then all the trees of the forest will sing for joy;
